2026 Vacation Bible School

June 14-18, 6PM | Vacation Bible School is scheduled for Sunday, June 14 through Thursday, June 18, 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 each evening and is open for children entering Kindergarten in the Fall (must be 5 before September 1, 2026) through children just finishing 6th grade. Please fill this form out completely for the placement and safety of your child.

By submitting this form, you are giving permission for your child to participate in VBS at One LifeChurch and to have his/her picture taken. You are also agreeing to release One Life Church and the individual leaders from the responsibility for accident or injury not resulting in negligence, and consent to emergency medical care to be provided by a physician should such a need arise.
